The inside of the coffin! A friend of mine had the lovely fabric and was gracious enough to let me use it.
 The dividers are pieces of foam board painted black to match the outside and I chose the foam board instead of wood to avoid any tears in the fabric. The last thing that was added was the chain to provide better support for the hinges. I loved making this and even I was told that I could build coffins for the living since they love them so much and have them hanging in their houses and stuff.  It would be a cool commission.  |
